10/30/13 Summary Position Description:
The Molder Operator I assists with the entry level aspects of manufacturing floors.
These tasks may include, but are not limited to, sizing & stacking lumber, movement of materials through manufacturing, feeding machines, and other tasks assigned by the manager.
This position is hourly and all hours worked are based on the volume of work available in a given week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Major Duties are:
Size and stack lumber as necessary Feed material into molders Stacking lumber off the end square machine Uphold product quality throughout the manufacturing process Performs other related duties as assigned by manager Other duties include:
Assisting other areas of manufacturing when needed and as assigned Maintaining a clean, safe work environment REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS Flexibility, and an appropriate sense of urgency as situations require Dependability and follow-through Performs duties as instructed by supervisor - Assists team members when needed.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma/GED is required.
Other training in the wood products industry is desirable.
